This form is for all high school students interested in enrolling in our program. We look forward to learning more about you and how YES Inc. can support you both on and off the field. The information you provide will help us tailor our program to your needs and aspirations. The SMARTBALL Classic program is open to eligible high school student-athletes. PLEASE NOTE: 5th year seniors are not eligible.
